The three women's groups in St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish hosted a successful sock drive in January 2026. The Daughters of Isabella Circle 871 in Eastport, St. James Ladies Sodality in Baileyville and the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Women's Group in Calais collected a total of 221 pairs of socks which were distributed to three local food pantries. 

The Daughters of Isabella donated the socks they collected at St. Joseph's Church to the Labor of Love Food Pantry in Eastport.

St. James Ladies Sodality gave the socks they collected at St. James the Greater Church to the Woodland Community Food Pantry in Baileyville.

The St. Kateri Catholic Women's Group collected socks at Immaculate Conception Church in Calais and donated socks to the Irene Chadbourne Ecumenical Food Pantry in Calais.
